Depending on the material, boxes can be made stronger, more rigid and more durable. We make boxes from greyboard up to 3 mm thick and, if needed, add an extra layer of material to give the strength your product’s weight requires.

We make boxes from 10×10×3 cm to 45×32×15 cm. Round boxes can be up to 50 cm in diameter. If you need larger dimensions, get in touch and we will check whether it is possible.

Do you use recycled materials?
Yes, on request we can make boxes from speciality boards with recycled content.

Can you make dividers to split the box into sections?
Yes, if needed, we make cardboard inserts that divide the box into equal sections for identical items, or a foam insert shaped to your product so that it is held securely in the box.

How long does it take to make boxes?
Production takes 10–14 working days on average, depending on the order size. Larger orders may take longer. We always agree the lead time when you place your order and deliver within the agreed time frame.

How long will a Boxes box last?
A box made from 2–3 mm greyboard withstands repeated opening and keeps its shape for years. For extra durability, we recommend a thicker board.

Can I see what the boxes will look like before they are made?
Yes. In addition to the artwork, our designers create a visualisation of the box so that you can see the finished product on screen. This is a free service that lets you check the look and make changes before production starts.
