Gift boxes for the Laboratorium techno festival

Laboratorium gift boxes measure 35 x 23 x 10 cm and are styled for the techno festival as a lab kit labelled Experiment Kit. The hinged lid with a magnetic closure shuts and stays closed on its own, while the rigid greyboard shell keeps its shape. The box is black outside, with a bright yellow inner lid and base, so opening it brings a sharp change of colour.

The 3-colour screen printing is split between the outside and the inside. The black lid carries a yellow-green grin graphic, a biohazard sign and the number Subject N-00, with the name printed in white. The yellow inside of the lid has “You have been selected” and a barcode in black, and a band reading “Confidential” runs around the side wall of the base.
